Your social media account MUST be set to Public before placing an order. We cannot deliver services to private accounts. If an order is placed for a private account, the system may mark it as complete, and we cannot issue a refund for this error.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery time, but most orders begin processing instantly. We offer our best estimation for when orders will be delivered.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be made to your payment method once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
- If a link is entered incorrectly (e.g., a broken link or wrong username), we cannot reverse the transaction or issue a refund.
- Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards/UPI, will lead to the termination of your account and reversal of delivered services.
3. Refill Guarantee & Drops
We provide high-quality, non-drop services. However, Instagram occasionally updates their algorithms, which may cause slight drops. If a drop occurs within the stated guarantee period for your specific package, contact our support team for a refill. We do not offer refunds for algorithm-related drops, only refills.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
Aishwarya KART will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We are not liable for account suspensions or content deletions done by Instagram or any other social media platform. You use our services at your own risk.
5. Service Usage
You agree to only use Aishwarya KART in a manner that complies with all agreements made with Instagram on their respective Terms of Service pages. We will not deliver engagement to content that promotes violence, hate speech, nudity, or any illegal material.
